By listing your Goods or Services on our website you are agreeing to be of legal age to Sell your Goods or Services on our website. If you are a minor, you are not allowed to Buy or Sell on IGotSkillz.com. By use of our website you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions of Use of IGotSkillz.com

We are only responsible for what we do, we can’t be responsible for what others do.  These links are provided for your convenience, and do not imply endorsement of the Linked Sites by IGotSkillz.com or any association with the operators of the Linked Sites. Use of IGotskillz.com

You represent, warrant and agree that no materials of any kind submitted through your account or otherwise posted, transmitted, or shared by you on or through the Service will violate or infringe upon the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other personal or proprietary rights; or contain libelous, defamatory or otherwise unlawful material. In addition, you agree not to use IGotSkillz.com  to:

1)harvest or collect email addresses or others or use the site for  the purposes of sending unsolicited emails or other unsolicited communications;

2)use the Service or the Site in any unlawful manner or in any other manner that could damage, disable, overburden or impair the Site;

3)use automated scripts to collect information from or otherwise interact with the Service or the Site;

4)upload, post, transmit, share, store or otherwise make available any content that we deem to be harmful, threatening, unlawful, defamatory, infringing, abusive, inflammatory, harassing, vulgar, obscene, fraudulent, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;

5)register for more than one User account, register for a User account on behalf of an individual other than yourself, or register for a User account on behalf of any group or entity;

11)use or attempt to use another's account, service or system without authorization from the Company, or create a false identity on the Service or the Site;

Only registered users can buy and sell on IGotSkillz.com. Membership is free on our website. The only means of payment at IGotSkillz.com shall be through Paypal. Buyers are granted all rights for the delivered work, unless otherwise specified by the Seller in the Posted Ad description.

IGotSkillz.com gives Sellers the opportunity to advertise their Goods or Skillz (freelancer services). To either buy or sell your Goods or Skillz (freelance work) on our website, you must first become a registered member of IGotSkillz.com.  Membership is free, simply click on the join button at the top of the screen to become a member. You must first read and accept the terms of IGotSkillz.com.

How Our Pricing Works

All Goods & Services sell for the following prices: $10, $15, $20, $25, $50, $75 or $100

Sellers Information

IGotSkillz.com pays Sellers 80% of the net sales price for  each Good or Skill (freelance service thatyour provide)

Buyers pay for their orders prior to receipt of a Good or Completion of a service.

IGotSkillz.com credits sellers accounts once an order for a Good or Service is finished and approved by the Buyer.

Upon receipt of Goods or Services, Buyers can accept the order and rate the Seller. At this time, Sellers are allowed to withdraw 80% of the cost of their Goods or Services to a PayPal account that they specify at sign up.

In the event that an order is cancelled (for any reason), the seller's revenues return to the buyer.

It is extremely important that Seller’s maintain a positive rating. Ratings are based on buyers’ feedback, therefore it is important to provide quality Goods or Services in a timely fashion.

Sellers will be notified by email when an order for Goods or Services has been placed

It is important for Sellers to provide the Goods or Services that they are advertising within the time frame set forth when posting their advertisement. Buyers have the right to cancel an order that is not delivered on the time specified by the Seller.  

Buyers and Sellers both have the option to cancel orders by mutual agreement.

Sellers maintain the right to cancel orders at any time. This can have a negative effect on their rating.

All communication between Buyers and Sellers of Goods and Skillz must be through the IGotSkillz.com website. We are not responsible for any disputes arising from communication or use of third-party email systems during the course of a Goods or Skillz transaction.

Anonymity is extremely important to us at IGotSkillz.com, therefore we keep both Buyers and Sellers identity private. You should not divulge any personal information to Buyers or Sellers on this site unless you have placed an order for Goods and you need to give specific instructions. Should you decide to reveal your identity or someone else’s identity to other users, IGotSkillz.com shall not be held responsible for such disclosure.  

IGotSkillz.com reserves the right to suspend your account for misconduct or failure to comply with the terms and conditions that are described here. Account activity will be monitored. The material that is posted on this website must not violate any copyright laws. Goods or Skillz offered must not be violent, illegal, contain promotions, spam, violence  or of pornographic nature. IGotSkillz.com reserves the right to suspend any account for any breach of the terms of use.  

It is the responsibility of all members to scan all transferred files for malaware, viruses or any content that is pornographic, violent or unacceptable. IGotSkillz.com will not be held responsible for any damages which might occur due to the usage of our site.

Sellers must finish their services or deliver their advertised Goods within the time frame specified in their ad post.

Buyers are given two days to respond after Goods or Services are delivered. If there is no response after two days, the order will be noted as finished.

CASHING IN ON REVENUE AFTER SERVICE IS PROVIDED

Sellers are required to have a valid PayPal account in order to withdraw revenues generated from the Sale of Goods or Services. Sellers must verify that they can receive incoming payments.

There is a 2 day waiting period after completion of an order.

IGotSkillz.com will not refund money after a withdrawal has taken place. Withdrawals are final and cannot be changed.

Buyers

Buyers purchase Goods or Services by using a Credit Card or PayPal.

Buyers must pay in advance, prior to an order being placed.

You should always avoid filing a dispute or attempting to reverse a payment through Paypal.

Dispute resolution should always be attempted between the Buyer and Seller. If you need additional help, you may always contact our support department.

Shipping & Handling

Sellers need to consider the cost of shipping any Goods to Buyers prior to posting their ad for Goods. It is the responsibility of the Buyer and Seller to determine any additional shipping cost fees and to work out the payment of the shipping costs by paying the Seller directly through his/her paypal account.

IGotSkillz.com does not partake in the shipping business and therefore does not handle, track or guarantee the delivery of any goods. We shall not be held responsible for any items that are damaged during the course of delivery. We shall not be held responsible for any shipping arrangements. It is the responsibility of the Buyer to provide all shipping address information. The Seller will be held responsible for sending ordered Goods to the Buyer.

We highly recommend asking the Seller for a tracking number for all Goods sent. This way if there is any delay in the receipt of Goods, there will be a way of tracking the location of the item(s) being sent to the Buyer.

IGotSkillz.com reserves the right to permanently block or suspend your account if you violate any of the Terms and Conditions of Use.

Sellers will still be allowed to withdraw revenues from blocked or suspended accounts after 30 days, depending on the reason that the account was blocked.  

IGotSkills.com has the right to change the Terms and Conditions of Use from time to time. We will post updated Terms and Conditions of Use when changes are made and it is the responsibility of the Buyers and Sellers to regularly review the Terms and Conditions of Use.

You are responsible for complying with all Terms and Conditions of Use set forth.

IGotSkillz.com will not return or refund any payments made for cancelled orders back to a Buyers Pay Pal account.

Identity theft is a very fast growing Crime.  Don't give out bank account numbers, passwords, mother's maiden name, date of birth, place of birth, credit card numbers, social security numbers, or any other personal information to anyone on this website.
